Lately I have been trying to instill some independence into my 5 year old daughter. It's been a work in progress, but I'm happy to report that Ava now makes her bed each morning all by herself! Yahoo!!! She's actually been doing it now for about 5 months! And I'm soooo proud of her!!!!
even so ......
I fight an overwhelming urge to straighten it a bit..... (JUST A LITTLE BIT!!!) each time I walk past her bedroom door.
Does that make me a bad mommy?
