We relaxed in the front yard today. Dad and Sadie were in the house. It was just the two of us. She sat on my lap sneaking sips of my diet coke when she thought I wasn't looking. She talked about her friends and fun things that she likes to do. We talked about what a good girl she is. About how big she has gotten and how she will be starting kindergarten this year. I told her how I can still remember when she was just a little baby..... when I would hold her close and kiss her sweet little cheeks..... It seems like it were just yesterday.
It was a good morning.
