Watching the cruise ships sail in to port each morning.
Watching Christen's face as she arrived in Mexico for the first time.
Watching John analyze and critique every bite of food he placed in his mouth.
(We called him Andrew Zimmer- the guy from Bizzarre Foods- all week long)

And a few other highlights from the trip:
John asking, "now....... what are we doing?"...... every 5 minutes.
Waiting for the band to start while Spencer made us all laugh until we were crying.
John asking, "Spencer! Am I getting screwed?" ... every time he tried to buy something.
Falling alseep by the pool.
Renting wave runners and riding them in the ocean.
Watching 12 mexican waiters sing Happy Birthday to "E Spencer."
John asking Spencer, " Now what time does our flight leave?????"..... 500 times (not an exaggeration.)
All the fabulous Mexican food!!!!!
